Everything after the original concept is just pure trash :) All they had to do was to take the original concept, improve the graphics a bit, modernize the interface and add new storylines and this series would have ran for a good while.

Fact: you are an entire ecosystem, some of the microbial life on/in your body are: -tiny mites on your face known as demodex -bacteria on your skin and in your gut (skin bacteria are extra defense and gut bacteria help with digestion.) And others.

Started from Shining Force EXA, one of the most difficult but lots of elements to it. I just hope the developers brings back that element instead of a fighting game

This game is freaking great. Definitely a must play for R-Type fans. Can get a bit crazy near the end though and hard to see what is going on, but heck it's fun. The last boss can only be defeated with the special Dose attack, if not the screen crushes you.

I loved this game as a kid. Beat em up games are my favorite genre and when blockbuster video was still around I rented this game and didn't know what to expect. I enjoyed it very much! Thanks for posting this playthrough. It brought back good memories!

I wonder if you happen to know the game I'm looking for. The game is very similar to this type of vertical shoot-them-up game, of a similar year, and made by a familiar company I often see when playing these 19XX games tho I don't remember the exact name of the company. It has a Japanese atmosphere and player controls characters like flying ninjas, not planes, the enemies were mostly similar ilks too but there were also robot like enemies, too. I remember some of the bosses like a giant snake or very human like enemy lying on the ground, etc

My Nephew got The Genesis Console and this game Christmas 1989 I Believe. I had the NES and Master System, but when I saw this ! I was Hooked. I have every console dating back to the Sears Pong. I have loved them all. :)

The real Strikers 1945 is the Japanese version. Back then in the before times, when a game came over from the land of the rising sun, if it wasn't in sequence with the original series, it will have the number of the game be the release number of when it came out in the USA. That is why we have Final Fantasy 3 actually be Final Fantasy 6, confusing everything in the process once they eventually do get released in the US. This game is awesome, the only thing I found bad about it is, there is no Flying Pancake. Enjoy!

The entire design philosophy of this game is so insanely upside down, the combat is fine and fun enough to keep me going, but some of the collectibles are in insane spots that you’ll pretty much never find guide-less due to the resident evil camera, + the titans suck. Can’t say anything new about the dagger puzzle but goddamn.

The music to this game was so underrated - what an incredible soundtrack

Interesting game with the Engrish intro. The ending is kinda something as well with the story. Unfortunately, I think this was the first and last of the series. The Gameplay is very basic for its time but the music, the music is Awesome!

Although it is called Strikers 1945, this is actually Strikers 1945 II in the series. For some reason, since this was the first game of the series localized to the USA, they decided to to call it Strikers 1945 over it's actual title. Enjoy!
